Members of the University of Arizona Alumni Association have access to these databases. Use your Alumni Association ID number and last name for access.

UA Library Online Alumni Edition database access for new and rejoined members will require up to 30 days processing time as of May 1, 2009. Membership information will only be uploaded into the UA Library system on the first Friday of each month. To be included in the upload, your membership must be received and processed by the UA Alumni office no later than 3 p.m. on the LAST WEDNESDAY of the preceding month. You will not be able to log-in to use the UA Library Online Alumni Edition databases until this processing is complete. ***No immediate access is available.

Academic Search Alumni Edition provides full text for nearly 3,200 full text journals, magazines and other resources, with indexing and abstracting for over 8,000 total publications. This scholarly collection offers information in nearly every area of academic study. This database is updated on a weekly basis via EBSCOhost.


Business Source Alumni Edition is designed for the research needs of the post-college professional. The database provides nearly 1,500 full text business magazines, journals and other resources, with indexing and abstracting for over 3,200 total publications. This database includes publications in nearly every area of business including marketing, management, MIS, POM, accounting, finance, econometrics, economics and more.
