Subject Guide

The NFA Music Collection is located at the University of Arizona Fine Arts Library in Tucson, Arizona. In 1974, the library started with approximately 1000 items. With generous donations, and music from the NFA Newly Published music competition, the collection has grown to over 15,000 scores. This large library includes special collections of music that have been donated by flutists throughout the years. These collections hold both rare editions and out of print scores.

Scores may be circulated to NFA members and to people enrolled in or employed by the University of Arizona.
