Reservable Group Study Rooms Locations of all Group Study Rooms

General Policies

• First come, first served.
• Groups of 3 or more have priority; 1 or 2 people are not a group.
• Most group study room cannot be reserved or held by leaving materials (backpack, study materials, etc) in the room. For information about the two rooms than can be reserved see below.

Reservable Group Study Rooms

Two group study rooms in the Main Library Information Commons are available for reservation:
A105 (capacity 12)	A106 (capacity 8)

Reservation Policies, A105, A106:

• Can be reserved by groups of 3 or more UA students.
• CatCard required.
• RESERVE at IC Help/Reference Desk or call 520/621-6442, 621-6443.
• Reserve in 30 minute blocks up to a maximum of 2 hours.
• Rooms can be renewed for 2 hours if there are no other requests.
• Rooms cannot be reserved more than 1 month in advance
• No more than 2 reservation requests can be made at once.
• If you don't show after 15 minutes, you lose your reservation.
• KEEP ROOM CLEAN and please don't mark the glass walls.
• This room can be used without a reservation but you may be asked to leave if a group with a reservation arrives.
• Reserve a room at the IC Help/Reference Desk to guarantee use of the room.
